Last updated: [01/11/2025]

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By using our website or purchasing our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We provide logistics, freight forwarding, courier, warehousing, customs clearance and vessel agency services as detailed on our website or service agreements. Specific terms for individual shipments are set out in quotes, invoices, bills of lading, or service contracts.

3. Quotes & Contracts
Quotes are valid for the period stated. A binding contract is formed when you accept a quote and we issue confirmation/invoice. Rates may change due to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, duties, taxes, or carrier changes.

4. Payment
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice. We accept payments via [Stripe/PayPal/SSLCOMMERZ]. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes and duties.

5. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate shipment information, documentation required for customs, and ensure goods are properly packed and labelled. You are responsible for duties, taxes and import/export compliance unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability & insurance
We act as an intermediary and/or carrier agent according to the service contract. Our liability for loss or damage is subject to applicable laws and carrier limits. We recommend cargo insurance; claims (if any) must be notified promptly and supported with documentation.

7. Limitations & indemnity
We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, negligence, or illegal shipment of goods.

8. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government actions).

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for breach of Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales] (or choose appropriate jurisdiction). Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of [jurisdiction].
